Henry recently helped us purchase our first home. I was wary about realtors and always think they’re in for a quick commission, but Henry definitely was our agent and advocate from the start.

His mantra for showing us homes was the same as my husband’s – “I just want to make my wife happy.”   Henry knew which properties we should see and which properties we would turn away from. He respected our time and was always ready to help us out.

Henry guided us through the purchase process from start to finish. A lot of this was new to me, but he answered all of my questions and was calm when I was frantic. He gave his professional suggestions and offered support and advice. He was always available to us to answer questions and I was never made to feel silly for asking the simplest things. When we had to go back to the seller, Henry advocated for our every need. He was there for every walk through (we had 3!), took his own independent notes, and reminded us when we overlooked a request. I always felt like he was on our side.

Henry is a young guy, so I can’t assume how long he’s been in the business, but I hope he will have a long, lasting career as a realtor because he genuinely had our best interests at heart from the start. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and a wonderful advocate for his clients. I hope to work with him when we buy our next home and I will definitely send him referrals! Very pleased!
